Lets see the if you like, need, or want to see more modifications. This morning I had to do a couple moodifications and you know what, Im not ashamed of that. Id rather modify with proper form, than go all out with bad form and do something crazy like....break an ankle ;) Thats a pain Id rather not suffer again! You can still get an amaingly effective workout out of moves, even if youre modifiying them. The key is to still bring the POWER without the impact. For the Power Jump, you still go into the squat and use your legs to drive your body up, but just lift one knee at a time. Add a little extra by coming up on your toes. For the Tuck Jump, same thing, power up through the legs as you bring your knees up. For the Plyo Lunges, step back into the lunge, sinking into it with the knee below the hip and your chest up. As you learn the proper form and build your strength, try to add the impact gradually. The worst thing you can do is add impact when you arent using proper form. The other worse thing is to refuse to push yourself when youre capable of doing so. Aim for progress, not perfection. #gogetit #nevergiveup #noexcusestoquit
