Lets simplify things or not ? The case that is going on at the moment; I know the confusion out there and the implications if ‘you / we / I’ comment: “will I also get sued”, a fair comment and a fare fear but it runs deeper and there is more to this. The case (injunction) at hand intends to take away my liberty to a peaceful demonstration, my liberty to free speech, my freedom of association and the freedom of anyone commenting on my page: I must be a policeman of my own page, remove, ban and disassociate myself from friends. But the vain runs much deeper: if K-Tech are evicting people, I can’t attend !!!!!! think about it. It has been reported that K-Tech have 40 thousand evictions this year (how true, not sure, the validity does not matter), so K-Tech broke their promise to Paul, to Meath Anti Eviction and others present: the deal was, that K-Tech did not evict people / families from their homes – farms – premises if there was a legal dispute or challenge, as is my understanding ( I was not there) and as I understand Mr Mc Gary shook hands on that deal, a gentleman’s agreement. Dont forget I have the right to associate with any group as long as the group is lawful and not promoting breach of any laws. I also have a constitutional privilege not to answer any question which, may incriminate yourself, also I can not be asked any question which may assist the other side and above all the burden of proof rests with the other side, not me But now Mr Mc Gerry is going for damages.
