Lets take note people. Had a very irate customer yesterday that wanted to use someone elses credit card. I wouldnt let her. If the gentleman who owned the card was with her...then yes. Because he is there to sign for it! With all the identity theft and fraud going on Im not going to allow for someone to use another persons card. I dont care if you have a note from your Momma or Pappa...its not going to happen!! Yes it is Washington State Law that I cannot ask for ID unless the card isnt signed and / or signatures dont match (yes folks that is law!!!) So if you want your ID checked WRITE See ID on the back or front of your card and make sure the cashier knows it! Pisses me off when nobody checks mine and I have that written on my cards!! Leaving it blank just asks for a shit storm of problems and forgery!!
