Lets talk exercise form.... If I had listened to those who told me I was cheating or doing it wrong - Id still be small and weak, like them. Instead I listened to the guys who were big and strong. They DID cheat on some reps, they DID go too heavy and they DID ego lift. I do the EXACT same thing. You need to challenge yourself with weights and exercises that you might fail with, that you might not actually lift. Sometimes, it just has to SCARE you.
