Lets touch base on the squat jump.. Many of you will look at this and think its a joke, or too easy rather. But do 10-20 of these with proper form. This leg-power exercise will challenge you. Preparation- stand with feet shoulder-width apart pointing straight forward. Movement- Squat down slightly Jump up into the air while extending arms overhead. Bring arms back to the sides during landing. Land softly on the mid-foot in a controlled manner with feet and knees pointing straight ahead. Repeat as quickly as can be controlled. TECHNIQUE!!!! Make sure you land behind the ball of the foot(not on the ball of the foot or on the heel) make sure your KNEES do not cave in on the landing!
