Lets train our whole body with this killer workout! 1⃣ Jack planks a great cardio move; it raises the heart rate while working both your lower and upper body Begin in plank position, with your shoulders over your wrists, your body in one straight line, and your feet together. Like the motion of a jumping jack, jump your legs wide and then back together. 2⃣Crab crunches great for your core, triceps, bootie and legs plus also a high-intensiy move! Sit with your knees bent & your feet hip-width apart on the floor. Bring your right arm to your left leg trying to reach your foot with your hand and feel the crunch through your center. Then repeat on the other side – left arm to right leg. 3⃣Mountain climbers plyometric exercise that targetes abs, bootie, legs, shoulders, arms and spine! Begin in a pushup position with your arms completely straight. Lift your right foot off the floor and slowly move your right knee toward your chest. Return to the starting position & repeat with your left leg.
