Levon Hayrapetyan, a renowned Diaspora Armenian businessman, public figure and philanthropist who is currently facing money laundering charges in Russia speaks about Robert Kocharyans billions, his regret and grave error in financing Serzh Sargsyan and Russia’s supply of arms to Azerbaijan. It is believed that it is due to his political views that Mr Hayrapetyan was imprisoned in Russia, a country staunchly endorsing the criminal regime of Sargsyan and Kocharyan.
