Liam was the only one who didnt complain of a sore throat. I - TopicsExpress

Liam was the only one who didnt complain of a sore throat. I tried to have him gargle with lemon and OnGuard but it was too spicy for him. He wouldnt do it. I applied the OnGuard to his feet a couple times but then let it go. WELL.....he woke up with a cough two days ago and has since had a fever last night and a little bit of a runny nose ( clear ). Weve been applying OnGuard to his feet and neck, peppermint on his spine to help cool the fever, and rosemary and breathe for the cough. Weve only had a random cough here and there when the oils seem to be wearing off. He just put his shoes on and were outside because he wants to ride his bike. He is in a happy mood, so he must not feel too bad. I wanted to share this because i dont want to just share all my instant successes. #1 You must remember consistency is key. #2 Being preventative and acting at the first sign of distress is also key.#3 EOs are not always an instant cure all. (For some situations they can be). You have to give them time and keep up with it just as you would an antibiotic or OTC meds.
