Lies from Louise Jennings: Louise Jennings – #5 – When asked during deposition if she wrote The History Press about the cancellation, Louise answered “no.” But she was the only one who was actively involved in this situation from the very beginning, and Dan Watson at The History Press assumed it was Louise. That email was suspiciously “not signed,” only said “Autauga County Heritage Association” at the bottom, so probably was sent from the computer in the museum which means that only Louise Jennings and Rachel Deaile had access to it. So this still very well could be a lie from Louise because she has lied about so many things during deposition. Brett, the email to Dan Watson of The History Press specifically said “multiple Facebook posts” which added to the damage to our relationship with the publisher. Can you let their attorney know that you will be subpoenaing those if we go to trial or can you ask for them now? In court, we’d also like to know from Louise and Rachel if they actually saw those Facebook posts themselves that were allegedly posted on the City’s page by us or if someone showed it to them. How do we know that those Facebook posts are real? They didn’t give you a screenshot of that post to enter into evidence, Brett. So how do we know that post and/or the others even existed? That whole thing could’ve been fabricated as some kind of an “excuse” for cancelling our events. Louise certainly did not admit screenshots into evidence. Keep in mind, Brett, that if they were indeed posted there, Teresa Lee as the admin of the City’s Facebook page, would’ve deleted them immediately. So who actually saw them posted on that page? If neither Louise nor Rachel saw the posts themselves, how did they know about them? Who told them about the posts? And where are the other posts called “multiple Facebook postings” in the email from the ACHA to Dan Watson of The History Press? That is a very important point because that was sent to our publisher.
