Life Certificate All the Bank Pensioners(including Family Pensioners) are aware that Life Certificate is to be submitted to the Bank every year in the Month of November. All are reminded to submit Life Certificate well before 30th November2014. When you visit your Branch/Bank next time , pl carry a copy of your PPO! Some Banks may require furnishing your Mobile Number, E-Mail ID, SB A/C Number, PAN Card, Aadhar Card to update their Records at Pension Cell. Those Pensioner/Family Pensioner staying abroad during relevant period may submit the Life certificate duly attested by an Indian embassy at his place of stay to pension crediting branch through post/ courier so as to reach the branch on or before 30.11.2014(Pl be guided by Your Bank guidelines in this regard) (SBI Pensioners staying abroad may submit it to any branch of State Bank of India OR any other Indian Public Sector Bank located in that country OR arrange for obtaining their Life Certificate attested from an authorised official of the Embassy / High Commission of India or Counsel of India. After obtaining the Life Certificate duly attested as mentioned above, the pensioner may forward the same to their Pension-paying Branch immediately in November itself to avoid stopage of pension.)
