We live inside out, not the other way around.When you feel better insidr, yoi exude it outside. If you loose a half of a pound, you are a half a pound healthier. Start your own good health book. Do a critique (daily/weekly or monthly). Be honest, have fun laughing, at some of the stuff you did, afterward, try to do better tomorrow.
