Life. Death. What is the true meaning of these? Life is animated, vibrant, energetic. Death is the absence of life. In the human view, life is physical ability to move, mental capacity to think and emotionality. By Gods Standards, these attributes are living only when utilized in the appropriate fashion. Otherwise the person belongs to the living dead. The living dead are those who remain separated from God. Evidence of the separation is participation in idol worship, concentration on self, and total disrespect for Gods creation, including the misuse of other people. We obtain Life Everlasting when we die to our dead selves and choose to Live in Jesus. So our physical selves and emotionality are effected when our thoughts transform from earthly exploits to loftier goals. We lose the blinded eyes. Our hands are new. We walk a walk of faith. We live because Christ Lives in us.
