Life Without Barriers is such a great employer, first they sack me because of a permanent injury done in the work place. Handing me a termination letter saying how supportive they have been whilst apologizing to me because they had not been very supportive at all. And this is after being put in an office for 4 weeks alone with a Supervisor who had bullied me to the point that I had to transfer to a more physical work place, even though I was employed with a known disability and had then slipped 2 discs in my back. Then just to put icing on the cake I was terminated on the 3rd of September and have not received a cent, breaching fair work legislation. To top it off I was Promised by HR that I would be payed yesterday. Even though legally they were supposed to pay me the day after termination or the next pay cycle as long as it was a reasonable time ie within a week. I am just so over everything that this company has done to me over the 7.5 years of employment! And this is a disability support provider who employed me as someone with a disability. So fkn over it!
