Life has its ways of always keeping us in check. Like everyone there are good days and bad. So heres to the start of a Good, new week. Last week definitely had its impact on this house again. They say everything happens in threes, pretty sure weve hit that for the year, plus a whole lot more. But yet again I am reminded of all I have to be thankful for......... my family :) After finally letting the last child know when she got home from vacation, I can say if you need Tom for any reason, you might find it easier to get ahold of me and I will deliver the message. His phone got broken in a small accident from a 100+ lb beam falling on it along with his foot. So after 3 hours in the ER Friday afternoon , Tom is now sporting a really comfortable, sporty looking walking shoe. Lol. Seems he has a hairline fracture on the outside of his right foot. Here is what I am thankful for: the fact it could have been a lot, lot worse! The fact that once again our kids stepped up today and not only helped him side the other garage, but myself to get a few rooms put back together that has been taking me all week to finish.
