Life moves pretty fast. If you dont stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it. (the great Ferris Bueller). Just got back home after an amazing back to my roots tour with my mom. For the last 8 days nobody knew Dax Robertson....only David. I think most of us middle aged folks can most likely understand that at times its not hard to lose touch with who you really are for a little bit. I admittedly have had this happen over the last couple of years I think during the transitions that have taken place. Midlife crisis maybe? ;-) Although life is ever forward, if you ever find yourself in need of the best reminder of who you are take a trip back to who you were for a brief time and really pay attention. You may just find a little breadcrumb trail to help you back. Thanks to everyone that made some time for me over the last week or so. It was a very enriching time for me. Special thanks to my mom (Betty Griffin Mangos)....who is a fantastic travel buddy!
