Like a lot of people I was turned off by the bad press for Transcendence. It fell off my radar and I waited until after the fire had burnt itelf out before I gave it a shot. What I saw wasnt the billion dollar technothriller the ads promised, nor the boring disaster a lot of people had found it to be. What I saw was a touching movie about a woman drifting apart from her husband following what should have been his death. A weepie in an expensive suit. I really hope thats what people expect from now on when they go into it, because thats the movie that broke my heart. I really liked Transcendence. Theres a chance you might, too.
