Last week I showed you Half Banana Rolls, so today I decided to do the FULL Banana Roll. :) Note: this video is in super-speed. Take your time and make sure you feel strong and in control. Avoid letting momentum take over. 1⃣ laying on your back with your arms overhead, lift everything off the Matt except your low back, keeping your belly pulled in 2⃣ with control, slowly roll one way to your belly, pausing in the middle on your hip 3⃣ roll back to your center, then to the other side 4⃣ For added sensation, add a Boat Pose in the middle, and for for even more, lift from Banana to Boat 1-3 times 5⃣ you can even choose to add 1-3 Pilates Breast Strokes while your on your belly 6⃣ practice 3-20 reps of the level best for your body Music provided by: Peacea Delic https://m.facebook/profile.php?id=750087829
