Like the old popular song in yoruba: abode o Jesu, ajise to ran wa, abode o Jesu. Meaning, Jesus we have returned from the work you have sent us. Ishaiah 9:2a; People walking in darkness have seen a great light; this was the experience in this field that God sent us. We prayed, we ministered and we saw God. A woman shared a testimony that she was having a terrible pain in her tummy for some days and she connected with us in her house through the PA system and received instant healing. The people saw the love of Jesus being showed to them for the very first time through the medical outreach. I cannot thank our partners enough and the entire House of Refuge team that supported this mission. To our beloved missionary from cameroon Rev Otto who discovered the field and Rev Olanrewaju Peter of New Covenant Church who came with his wife and counselors and the medical Team, we have made the Lord proud. Beloved, this is the first phase. We are starting a church in Dabiri today and I need your support to put a roof over the old building that has been given to us by one of the families in Dabiri. We have closed to 60 children that turned out for the program in the morning yesterday out of which majority of them who are of age 8 and above could not spell or write their names. If truly light has come to this land, these children need education and we hope to start a school right inside the village so that we can give them both the spiritual and mental empowerment. As many that have responded to the earlier post I need you to also support this worthy course by giving towards the Church building project and establishment of a school for this village. God gave the word, great is the company of them that published it. Join the company today and let us together make history for these special people of God. A video documentary on DVD on Dabiri Missions Project will be made available for as many that desire to support this project. God bless you all.
