This role requires an experienced Store Manager who has strong people skills and thrives on delivering high standards of customer care throughout their team. You will be responsible for the operational day to day running of the store, driving sales and ensuring sales targets are met, achieving excellence from your team through leadership, motivation, development and training and ensuring excellent store standards are met. You must be dynamic, energetic and passionate about retail, sales, customers and your team. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is essential.
