Lincoln Electronic Music Society is a place for student Producers and DJs of varying talents to come together and improve their skills and show off their talent to a crowd of people who share the same interests. Meet-ups for producers will consist of showing tracks in progress, looking for experience, advice etc and just getting the chance to meet and hang out with people who share the same tastes - this gives you the opportunity to work alongside others and gather skills and advice from fellow students - think of LEMS as an interactive version of your favorite tutorials, only with more personalized discussion etc. FOR DJs, Lincoln Electronic Music Society is a place to learn from others and play music that you love, with others that share your passion. At the end of the day, Lincoln Electronic Music Society is a great networking opportunity for all electronic musicians and performers, a place that until now, Lincoln University has been missing. IN THE FUTURE: We would be looking to host parties and events for student DJs and Producers - imagine starting a successful night in Lincoln hosted by student talent.
