Lincoln police tell 1011 News that one person was arrested for Failure to Comply with a Lawful Order during this afternoons demonstration near the Governors Mansion in Lincoln. Also, a minor/juvenile was referred to the County Attorney for Interfering with an Officer Making an Arrest. Iraqi-Americans living in Lincoln are urging the US government to help their loved ones in Iraq--a religious minority in the northern part of that nation--who are being attacked by terrorists known as ISIS, which is trying to establish a caliphate in Iraq and Syria. Aside from the one arrest and one referral, the demonstration was peaceful. No one was injured.
