Lindsay Lohan has gotten away with everything from kidnapping to DUI! How would the law react if she wasnt famous? Lindsay Lohan has a way of acting as if she is above the law, and for some reason, the courts seem to agree with her on that! She has been getting away with criminal behavior since 2005 and has only spent two weeks in jail, although she has been sentenced to a total of 391 days in jail since 2007. She started her unruly behavior in 2005, when she was just 19 years old. In October of that year she crashed her Mercedes into the passenger side of a van that was pulling into traffic in West Hollywood. Lindsay, her passenger and the driver of the van were briefly hospitalized for minor injuries, but she he was not ticketed! When still underage, she has been seen drinking and using cocaine. She has reportedly stolen diamonds, clothes and Rolex watches during photo shoots. She has violated the terms of her probation countless times and failed to show up at numerous deposition hearings. She has had eight charges laid against her, but after theft and carjacking and kidnapping and DUI’s and cocaine and parole violations and lying to police and blatantly ignoring the court on countless occasions, Lindsay is yet to serve any decent amount of time behind bars! Where would a non-celeb be after acting like that?
