Listen, every time we mention the names of these TV/radio talking heads or these plastic personalities maquerading as celebrities in response to the outrageous things they say or their acts of public exhibitionism, they get paid; either in the form of money, attention or both. So if you find what these people have to say so offensive and want them to go away then simpy dont acknowledge them; dont pay any attention to them on social media or anyplace else. Just ignore them and devote your energies and thoughts to more worthy people & causes. These individuals in question could care less if they offend; either through their words or their actions and the idea that these people would offer their sincere apologies for anything they may say or do is beyond laughable. Thats why, with very few exceptions, I keep quiet about so much stuff that everyone else is constantly talking about. I just dont have an opinion, let alone an opinion which Im inclined to express, about a lot of people & things because I dont think their relevance (or lack thereoff) rises to the level where they are worthy of me paying them any attention at all. Theres a lot of crazy stuff spoken by a lot of crazy people that one never sees me mention on my FB Wall and my comments about such individuals on the Walls of others are few and far between. This is no accident on my part. I generally have to conclude that something said rises to the level of national importance before I will acknowledge it; let alone express an opinion about it, and those who continuously seek the spotlight when their time on the national stage has long since passed; who are famous not because they have done anything worthy of true fame but merely famous for the sake of being famous itself, simply do not rise to that level with me and it doesnt matter who they are. So whenever I see a lot of this stuff I simply gloss over it, say to myself yeah, whatever, and move on to other things; things that I personally regard as being important; things that I determine rises to the level of national importance. Again, to each his or her own but from where I sit, life is just too short to spend its priceless, irreplaceable moments on nonsense & acknowledging totally irrelevant and completely meaningless people whos opinions in the larger scheme of thngs count for absolutely nothing; whatever their opinions are.
