Listening to.....The Cure-A Thousand Hours ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Taken from their classic album Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me. This short but sweeping anthem is one of my favourites on the album which features my alltime favourite song, Just Like Heaven. A Thousand Hours is a dreamy synth-ballad which is a perfect example of the sound the band made their trademark throughout their career. The influence of A Thousand Years can be heard on the bands later work, particularly The Last Day Of Summer(from their Bloodflowers album). My top 3 songs from Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me would be this, the aformentioned Just Like Heaven & the electrifying opening number, The Kiss. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
