Little Singapore aka Vieux Fort South, holds the keys to the economic revitalization of St. Lucia aka..Biafra...We have US$1 Billion in investments which this government is refusing to entertainment: US$800 million in the port development for Vieux Fort...US$100 million for a Solar Water Desalination Plant, with the Offer Letter from EXIM Bank due to expire on June 30, 2014 and US$15 million for Kabasi Beach Hotel on the Old Il Pirata site in Little Singapore. We have support for a youth development agricultural program for Bikers Boyz Sports Club in Vieux Fort. There is no reason for a recession on St. Lucia unless it is an experiment in stress...We also have plans for a flight training school on the Caca Bef stretch and other products...stop the recession experiment and put people back to work...NB: I can substantiate all that I have written and will ask SLAPPERS to release the information...Andre Graham, release the copy of the Offer Letter from EXIM Bank on SLAP for the Solar Desalination Plant...lol..
