Little research last night in the garage practicing my wrist shot on Keagan in net so that I could work on those firing muscles in the gym for the boys in Dryland Training.... I think they just wanted to see if I could hit the net, I showed them!! Lol my slapshot isnt so shabby. Tomorrow morning is Dryland for Pee Wee and Bantam age boys. 7:15-8:15! Great way for them to start their day and take their love of hockey to another level. Determination and passion is an awesome life skill to teach your child, it is modelled at a young age. :)
