Live-in Care Assistant – Southampton Bluebird Care (Southampton) are looking for Live in Care Assistants for a number of assignments across the New Forest. Bluebird Care is a leading national provider of care at home. We provide care in our customers’ homes, with individual care planning and customers’ welfare being the centre of our culture. We are seeking caring, warm, compassionate and committed Live In Care Assistants to join us in helping our customers to remain in the comfort and security of their own home. Our dedicated team of Live in Care Assistants are supported by our Domiciliary Care teams covering Southampton. What does a Bluebird Care Live In Care Assistant do? As a Live In Care Assistant you will care for and support your customer in their own home providing a range of domestic and personal care services. With a focus on private customers, we look for our Live in Care Assistants to provide the very highest standards of care at home. A range of shift patterns are available including longer term, 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, 3 weeks on/1 week off and occasional respite care. Our pay rates vary per intensity of the customer care; low intensity rates are from £65 per day plus 12.5% holiday pay and higher pay of £80 per high intensity. Complex care rates are individually discussed What does a Bluebird Care Live in Care Assistant receive? All of our Live in Care Assistants will receive an initial training program prior to any assignments.
