Lizzie has passed her vet check and is off today with her new loving mummy Alice! She loaded PERFECTLY :) Definately have a massive soft spot for this beautiful girl who is leaving us with a completely transformed outlook on life! Anybody that met her previously would tell you just how scared she was of EVERYTHING! The pony Who was even scared of the school surface and took 40 minutes, 3 broken bale twines and lead ropes, a broken headcollar, and a massive sweat just to but a numnah over her which was quickly bronked off! This Is the pony who now comes to call in the field, a dope on a rope, and will fall asleep to be groomed and fully tacked up! Who also lunges beautifully over trotting poles and in all 3 paces from voice aids and also happy to be leant over! She is such a sweetheart! She has come on leaps and bounds since being with us, but still a little bit nervous of new experiences, and so we feel we owe it to her to be turned away for the winter and build a relationship with her new family befor backing to let her ENJOY being a young horse for a while! I have no doubt she will be something very special once broken in next spring! Cant wait to follow her progress! Good luck Alice I know you will love her as much as we do!
