Local San Bernardino County Residents, particularly, the High Desert Community. The first phase will be built immediately. It will include almost 2200 residential units with all traffic heading north to the intersection of I and Ranchero, the last phase, 10, will be built out in 2036 with a connection to I-15 via Hwy 138...so over the course of this time span, residents of the City of Hesperia will be significantly impacted by traffic as well all other services required by this Project. Go to the Citys website and look for the EIR (Environmental Impact Review). Read the project description (Chapter 2) and the Mandatory CEQA Topic (Chapter 5). There are significant recognized and acknowledge environmental impacts that are not getting address with this project. Share this post.
