Locals Night @ Museum Can you answer these questions: the largest live steer in the world was on display where in Oroville? How big was the animal? or are there ghosts in the Peerless? The Borderlands Historical Society is having a LOCALS EVENT Sunday, September 8th, your last opportunity to see this years exhibit before our closing on September 15th. We will be open to the general public from 5 pm to 7 pm. Our special ice cream will be available as well added refreshments. Come investigate: the story of the Peerless hotels, a video of early days at Zosel’s mill and the narrative of 3 generations of the Prince family retail businesses.
