Location : Caring Pharmacy Bangsar @ 1pm today. I greet the young Pharmacist and she asks how she can help. Me : Can I have a strip of Glucophage 500 (for diabetes) P : Here you go, dont forget you must take these after meals. Me : Yes I know the dosage and timing, I have been diabetic for over 15 years. P: How is your blood sugar control. Me : Its under control, in fact the control has improved a lot. Previously I was on three different medications now its reduced to only one. P : That because you are still young and your body can fight it. Me : Well......I am not old but not that young either, I am near the half century mark. P: *raising eyebrows* are you sure ? I like to post this sort of thing on a Sunday afternoon to irritate you folk :p
