Lol Someone called me an abuser on a Thread.. How cute all cause I firmly believe in Corporal Punishment at home.. Maybe u dont and thats fine, Lots of people Bubblewrap their kids nowadays.. I got my ass handed to me as a child and I have respect for others.. I only feared one person in my life and that was my mother.. My son learned early not to cut up in public.. Its not an everyday thing.. I think I can count on one hand the amount of times corporal punishment was used.. and they were for unforgivable things (Pulling Pants down on the Bus, Bullying his brother) Shit like that I mean I did bust my daughter straight in the mouth for raising her voice at me and cursing when she was like 12 or 13.. Never used corporal punishment on my autistic son because I choose other avenues (Restricting Minecraft etc).. But everyone knows my youngest guy tries me so hard and does some off the wall shit, and he knows theres a chance Im gonna beat the brakes off of him for it.. 9 times out of 10 he thinks twice.. but in case of a slip I Catch him.... I cant send him to time out, that shit doesnt work... Then again I dont worry about a kid in his school bullying him, if he takes his ass whoopings like a man at home and gets hit in school hes not gonna be scared, he will fight back.. Pretty Simple.. U bubblewrap ur kids and people like me dont, your kid wont know how to act when hit at school.. Just saying.. Now what Ray Rice is accused of is Abuse!. Such a fine line as parents we arent supposed to cross.. Just my thoughts.. Im not an abuser any one of my children will tell u I always have their best interest at heart... But BubbleWrap vs Corporal punishment... Corporal Punishment hands down!
