London once upon a time there was a dream that Bachata music and dance would grow here in this Island. We try, we fought, we risked and now London and the UK has a flourishing Bachata Scene. First were the classes, then one event introduced Bachata as a main course for their party then was Bar Salsa. When we were offered Price Royce we jumped at the chance to do it even though we knew the scene was not ready... a few months after and the dream that seemed so far is now in a few hours. For the first time ever in London comes and artist right at the top of his game to grace the London public! Many times I dreamt of seeing him live. Today we will be doing a dance show alongside my beautiful and super talented partner Angela Mariano. Today we have been given the honour to dance on the same stage as the KING of BACHATA.. today I am so proud to say that we will be one of the opening acts at the concert of the year! THE KING IS HERE and this is more than a dream... I never thought this would be possible in my time... but the hard working people of La Pollera Colora Christopher PeruanitoD.j. Khriz Maria Zahouani made this dream become a reality!! THE KING IS IN LONDON TODAY!!!!! TONIGHT BACHATA IS THE RULING MUSIC OF THE CITY!! TONIGHT THE SOUND OF LONDON IS BACHATA!!!!!!
