Long but somehow good... Romance is not dead, in fact romance is more alive than ever, but it has been interrupted by age. Meaning that the idea of finding your significant other just ruled the entire world at all points of time, kids are having relationships and bragging or posting love quotes everywhere, we made a joke out of love and decided to juggle around with romance and we still cant understand why people are just growing more bad by the day... We are in fact a little above a half-dozen Billion idiots who find every single way to be incompetent and unworthy of creation... Dont just read this with your ego because you will stop by the time it overdrives you into thinking this does not concern neither you nor your perfect match, because she is not perfect for you and you are just happy someone is finally letting you in on their secrets and exchanging warm looks with you, I know my audience therefore I know that you either dont think about love because you strictly believe it is impossible or all you do is think about the other gender and ways to attract them, whether through getting haircuts and improving your tongue-twists or by wearing shining dresses and high heels, both sound equally stupid until you realize thats what you have been doing for the last decade at least, it pretty much sums up your whole approach to the other gender, nothing more than a mere attempt to prove yourself by capitalizing the fact that you drove someone into loving you (according to you, but according to me you drove them into thinking they love you). It still makes my head whirl every time when I think about the situation, all that women do is roam around men unnecessarily attracting them and igniting other women (as in jealousy) while men compete over who can get that one girl whos the big underlined word in everyones blackboard (or whiteboard)... Love is about something far more depressing than just romantic dates, red candles, valentine cards, surprise gifts, fights, calls, apologies, kisses, cuddles, texts, letters, confessions, warm looks, grips, connections and relations... Love is the only thing that has to absolutely stick to the time dimension, in other words love isnt a relationship that you start today based on what happened yesterday and miss tomorrow, love is knowing whether or not you can sacrifice all your chances with all the more perfect matches out there for you and all the fun that you will definitely miss, and accepting all that misery and all that compassion which exist at higher degrees when not in love, it is the act of depending on yourself to be two-selves, and thats why kids dont know love, thats why teenagers want to suicide over other teenagers half-worth the effort invested in them, because love is doing everything possible to be with that someone and doing everything impossible to keep it that way, you cant expect that the world will agree to you both being together, everything will step in your way, even other people youre related to in ways other than love will step in your way, its up to you to balance the equation and to choose what you want rather than to be selfish and choose what you think will get you a better future... Im no better than any of you, I might have had my go at trying to impress the other gender and I might or might not have been successful at it, but after the first three or so times it gets boring and nowhere, the voice in my head always got in the way. Youre not talking to this girl because you love her nor do you like her, you just have nothing better to raise your self esteem and decided for a go with her, you will never be in love with her because you are both on a different level, so at some point each of you will choose his own path and go on his own way, and no you will not meet several years later, because your life didnt start with background music and the names of the producer, musicians, graphic designers and script writer, it started with a heartbeat and a brain function and it gets no more magical and destineous than that... Thats why I decided to invent something of my own, well females resorted to creating the friendzone which is a pretty effective weapon especially if youre a nice guy who is the dream of every girl even herself (womens logic right?), and I came up with this new type of on-hold relationships where you do not identify her as anything, shes not your friend, shes not your bestfriend, no more and no less than that, she is this girl you know, now its very hard to keep up with that and Ill probably end up falling for the girl the first time but once I get it right, its all joy and happiness free of commitments until you are responsible and sure enough to love her...
