Long one, but interesting (I think) and I need your comments: OK, people of the facebook: MY Question of the day: If you are running a retail bricks and mortar establishment and a "customer" comes inside, receives a simple polite definitive answer to their question, and a promise to follow up with a solution, and then they go off with a long loud irrational rant - including describing him or her self as a "professional who works in the city" - while directly and repeatedly threatening and insulting an employee and holding up other polite Customers waiting for service... If you could - with a Google search and a single email to a trusted connection - 100% identify this "customer", would you, and/or would you sanction, that I, as owner and boss, call his/ her boss and tell them the story and point out in the age of Google, employees who are certainly NOT professional reflect badly not only on themselves but their BRAND as well and/or out them on the social medias?
