Looking at my 2015 goals and how to keep the love in what I do, I decided that working with more 1st time home buyers is really important to me. Having purchased my first home at a young age, it is near and dear to my heart that the millennials understand that down payment assistance options are out there and can help them make a solid investment. If you know anyone that this might help or that continues to complain about increasing rents, send em my way... we wont disappoint. (and they do not pay a dime nor will they be wasting any time to see where they stand in the approval process). XoXo
