Looking at the 2013 BTO data, Minister Khaw shared that the supply of 3-room and larger flats will be tapered next year. In addition, 5,000 2-room BTO units will be launched to enable more singles to realise their dreams of owning their homes, and a steady stream of Studio Apartments will be pushed out to cater for the elderly who are planning to right-size.
