Looking at the City CDBG recommendations based on their scores, not the upcoming discussion. For the day center, Shine 608 asked for $100,000, but the recommendation is $0 even tho they ranked higher than some proposals. Bethel requested $50,000 and got $0, but scored poorly. TRC scored in between the two and were recommended for an additional $23,000. Not sure how to feel about all that! Definitely torn. Also, a little suspicious of the scorer who gave some agencies 100 points on all their proposals (Porchlight) even when the rest of the people clearly ranked the individual projects higher and lower depending on the merits. Pretty freaking transparently biased.
