Looking back, its been a rough year... One of the roughest Ive had. I cannot recall going through hell so much since I was going... But somehow out of all that hell Ive managed to pull off a reinvention of myself. Four years ago I had the world at my feet, just graduated Cal, I was involved in my community, had a great circle of friends, the Corps, sports, and a promising career. Then either I gave it all up or had it taken away. Today, I have my Marine Corps back, I have my career at my feet taking off like I dreamed, opportunities at my door, Im signed up for a crew team again, doing sports events again, my physical and mental health is back, Im reconnecting with friends, seeing my family, I have a home, planning on hitting the stage next year, my fitness industry opportunities are growing, and having people who really care and love me like never before. I might not have succeeded at the material things I wanted.. But Im better than ever. Blessed.
