Looking back on my life this past year.. These past 365 days.. These past 8760 hours, these past 525600 minutes.. (ok you get the point) I realized that I have grown tremendously. I never thought I would be where I am today. God has definitely taken me TO & THROUGH some things. But Im still here. Im wiser, stronger and better. At the time I was going through the trial tunnels (as I like to call them), I couldnt even see the light at the end. I couldnt understand wh I was going through certain things, why I was losing certain people & why I was feeling certain ways. But one thing is for sure: thanks to those things, I was given many chances to exercise my faith - it definitely became stronger. Once I was out of the trial tunnel I definitely saw & was IN the light. I had reached my victory. VICTORIOUS! Of course Im still growing, but I have come a long way and for that I am grateful. I admit, (In the words of Fred Hammond) When you have been called to do something for God, to have a relationship with Him, sometimes it doesnt feel so good. It can be down right uncomfortable. But we remember that in the good times and tough times, that your every step is ordered by God Himself. Even though we dont know his mind, we know that His plan will be revealed to us in time. Im finally starting to see. Im still here :)
