Looking for HR Professional in Singapore. 2 x Openings Job Description: Responsibilities: (1) Responsible for the delivery & execution of Human Resource processes covering compensation, benefits, promotion, termination, career development & employee relations. (2) Assess effectiveness of HR related business processes & controls and undertake improvements or risk mitigation measures (3) Administer processes relating to employee life-cycle including HRIS data, Onboarding, Offboarding, Immigration Compliance, Leave & Benefits Deliver periodic regional & local HR reporting package (4) Review, analyze & modify HR policies & staff benefit programs (5) Track & prepare payroll advice and expense reports (6) Conduct employee orientation for new hires (7) Plan and execute prescribed HR processes on a timely and effective basis to drive operational excellence (8) Assist with performance appraisals and measurement of fixed term hires and regular staff (9) Handle exit formalities including conducting exit interviews & preparing reports on exit trends Requirements: - Candidates with O or A levels education but solid HR experience will be considered. - At least 4 years broad-based HR experience in an MNC or international management consulting environment - A good working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act & MOM/IRAS regulations - Fast learner, able to multitask, and can manage competing priorities - Good team player with an outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-oriented with good follow-up skills - Effective in oral and written communication - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint Open only for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
