The Role: The Director of Marine Operations will be responsible for a multi-tiered marine team covering drill ships and jack ups. This person will have full responsibility for both marine operations and maintenance needs. There is a technical and operational team in place and this person will have the ability to build out the marine team. The Person: The preferred minimum requirements are 15+ years of offshore drilling experience. Shoreside leadership experience preferred. Must have deepwater operations and maintenance exposure.
