Looking for a healthy breakfast.. Sauté your favorite veggies( my favs are spinach mushroom and onions) until tender, in a small skillet, sprayed with Pam. Then add 3 egg whites beaten and slightly seasoned. Cook on low/med until you see the egg is almost cooked through, then flip. Pull out your high fiber low carb tortilla made by ole and sprinkle a pinch of weight watchers cheese. Add your omelette to the wrap, fold it like a burrito and add to the pan. Lightly brown on one side and then flip to brown on the other. Then,You are ready to eat.
