Looking for an English pleasure horse for any rider at any age? Meet “Rebel Lady” or Lady for short. She is a thoroughbred cross with the attitude of a Quarter Horse. She has two smooth, beautiful gaits, and is a lovely horse to work with. She cross ties, stands nicely for the farrier and vet, and is a horse that just wants to be loved on. Just because she is in her twenties doesn’t mean that she doesn’t love prancing down trails and being a pleasure horse. The only reason for Lady’s name being “Rebel” is that she is not a western horse. Because of her age, (And don’t tell her she’s older ;) ) she is not allowed to be jumped. She is great for beginners and so much fun to ride. HER ONLY VICE is that she likes to “Follow” you around the arena, rather than lunge. Lady is currently looking for a Full or Half-care lease (You provide feet trims –she is sound barefoot- , vet exams (if she needs them), feed, bedding, and board) within a 45 minute distance from Kent. She will only go to a home with someone who will love her and take good care of her, which is what she needs, as I do not have to time to give Lady that she deserves.
