Looking for flatmates to move into my new house. Its on Royal Road, close to bus stops, shops... dairy is a 30sec walk if you ever get the munchies! Its currently getting redone soooo new bathroom, kitchen... paint job.. the works. Has a deck for drinks in the sun and a big backyard. There is a garage/man cave that will house a table tennis table and numerous sofas for the regular piss ups. There are two rooms one is a double :) and rent would be $150 there is also a smaller room just a single $80 a week. Youll be living with myself and Tom Coombs and whoever else wants the other room.
