Looking for some advice or items for sale for my Dad. Hes doing a every nut and bolt restoration of a 55 F100 and he decided to replace the inline 6 with a crate 292 motor from Ohio, I think. According to what he has researched, seems that the 292 wasnt offered in a F100 until 56, but it is the same block as a 272, that was offered in 55. He wants me to help him find a front motor mount for that will work for him. He also needs a bell housing for him. He said it has to specifically be for a light duty pickup transmission. Any advice on where to search or does anyone have what they think will work for him and I can paypal you? Were located in Culpeper, VA. Thanks for reading and appreciate any feedback. Happy new year!
