Looking for some help in both Abz and home :)!! I know its a bible but please read!! Im finally starting to plan my fundraising ideas for a trip to Fiji in June/July. It is still early days but i have paid my deposit and confirmed a place. Ill be going over there to volunteer in a health and wellness project which will include working within the rural areas; teach less able people how to cook, run exercise classes with all ages, conduct health screenings, help families, educate people on the main problems they have over there due to heart disease and diabetes and overall trying to change their lifestyles for the better!! ... I feel so passionate about this as it is closely linked to what i study at university; nutrition and dietetics, and anyone who knows me will know i love to help people!! I really want to do this as Ive never ventured out of the UK before (i know, wow) but it is going to cost over £3,200 so im looking for any help there is. What im looking for are contacts that could perhaps allow me to get involved with bag packing at supermarkets, free or discounted function rooms/halls, freebies or discounted gifts/ vouchers/ anything that could be in a sort of raffle, comedians, singers, PEOPLE WITH IDEAS (Im not creative at all), a sports hall/ football pitch, people that could take part in a fundraising football/netball/sports match, pub crawl buddies, people that will take sponsor sheets, people that will give me something to do sponsor worthy hahah..
