Looking for the owner of a crappy teal Honda Civic, old looking, license plate GNF9926. This loser was speeding down my street at about 45 miles an hour (doesnt seem like too fast but I live at the end of East street, past the apartments and its a dead end, and there are lots of kids) It was 8am and I was walking my kids to my car to drive them to school. I shouted SLOW DOWN! And this individual slammed on his brakes, backed up, and proceeded to scream obscenities and threatening me shut the f*** up or Ill kill you at me and my sister in front of my small children. My two year old began crying, Im assuming out of fright. This person is the scum of the earth, and Im not going to stop looking for him so that the next time I see him, I can make sure the police can find him.
