Looking forward to supporting Ontario Captive Animal Watch-OCAW and Dr. Gitte Fenger in protest at Bowmanville Zoo tomorrow. The latest concern is the declawing of two lion cubs who were removed from their mother at 12 days old. Theyve been making photo op rounds throughout Toronto including a stop at the Blue Jays locker room. The zoo tells us they will be working with an agency to return the lions to the wild but if this video is an honest depiction of declawing, its hard to believe that will be even possible. Boycott The Bowmanville Zoological Park- voted 2nd worst Zoo in North America by IDA.
