Looks like I will be in the hospital for another 8 weeks. I will be posting a video update of my latest health condition very soon. These last few weeks in the hospital have been harder than ever, but I am constantly being reminded of valuable lessons. I have had chronic pain on a daily basis for the last few years, and I do not even remember what it feels like to have a body that is pain free - Alhamdulillah for Allahs Mercy. Allah is so Merciful because I am always being reminded of our humility to Him, and how much we are in need of His mercy. Allah is so Merciful because throughout my hardship, I am reminded of the value of good company, good speech, and brotherhood for the sake of Allah SWT. Allah is indeed The Most Merciful, because I am reminded of how precious and valuable our time is, and how easy it is to waste time and energy on matters that are not beneficial to us or our Ummah. رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ Our Lord! Forgive me and my parents, and (all) the believers on the Day when the reckoning will be established. Surat Ibrahim [14:41]
